Sizing & fit
What sizes do you carry?
Every design is available XL through 5XL as standard, and anything can be made to your own measurements at no extra cost. If you're outside that range, message us — we've almost certainly made it before, and the price doesn't change.
My bust and hip are different sizes
Very common past XL, and the main reason standard sizing fails. Send us both numbers and we'll cut to them. Size guide.
Do you charge more for larger sizes?
No. A 5XL costs what an XL costs, and made-to-measure costs the same as a standard size.
Craft & fabric
Is the chikankari hand-embroidered?
Yes. The chikankari pieces are hand-stitched, which is why no two are identical and why the work softens with washing. Machine embroidery is never sold here as chikankari.
How should I wash and store things?
Hand wash the cottons cool with a mild detergent, no bleach, dry in shade and press on the reverse. Dry clean the chiffon, organza and cotton silk. Store embroidered pieces folded rather than hung. Full detail on the fabric page.
Will the block print bleed?
It can for the first couple of washes, which is normal for block-printed cotton. Wash it separately twice and it settles.
Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your order bag and send the whole thing to us on WhatsApp in one tap, or message us directly. We confirm availability, share payment details, and keep you posted until it arrives.
Why isn't there a checkout?
At our size a card gateway adds fees and friction without adding trust. Confirming on WhatsApp means you can ask about fit, see extra photos and change your mind before anything is charged.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, and cash on delivery within Pakistan. International orders are paid by bank transfer or Wise.
Can I see more photos before I decide?
Always. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll send close-ups, a video of the drape, or a photo against a plain background.
Delivery & returns
How long does an order take?
Ready-to-ship pieces leave within 2 working days. Made-to-measure takes 7–10 working days from the moment we confirm your measurements and fabric. Heavily hand-embroidered pieces can take longer — we'll always say so upfront.
What does delivery cost?
Free across Pakistan on orders over PKR 5,000, and a flat rate below that. Worldwide shipping is quoted per order based on weight and destination.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Yes, worldwide.
What if the fit isn't right?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Standard-size pieces can be exchanged unworn and unwashed; custom pieces we alter for you — that's the point of measuring properly.
