Our story
A label that begins at XL and treats a curve as a design brief, not an afterthought.

Why we started
Built for the sizes everyone else stops at
Fits & Cuts started with a simple frustration: beautiful eastern wear that ran out of sizes right when it got interesting. Past XL the choice narrows to whatever happens to be cut generously, and the fit becomes something you work around rather than something you're given.
So we built the label the other way round. Every silhouette is drafted on plus-size blocks — proper armholes, real shoulder room, lengths that sit where they should rather than where a graded-up small puts them. The embroidery is done by hand. The cottons are chosen for how they fall rather than how cheaply they cut. And any of it can be made to your own measurements without costing you more for the privilege.
What we hold to
Three things we won't compromise
No surcharge for size
A 5XL costs what an XL costs. Custom measurements cost what a standard size costs. Charging more for more cloth is how the industry quietly tells people they're a problem.
Drafted, not graded up
Scaling a small pattern makes the armhole wrong, the shoulder wrong and the length wrong all at once. Our blocks start at the size they're cut in.
Hand work stays hand work
If a piece is sold as chikankari, it was embroidered by hand. Machine work is a fine thing — it just isn't the same thing, and we won't call it that.
